Why I Train

                        Sprints have become my new obsession. Not really sure why. I hate running…but I LOVE sprints! Not treadmill sprints either. I’m talking all out, balls-to-the-wall sprints. In the gym, outside, anywhere I can really bust it open.

Cardio. Everyone has an opinion on it. Some swear that in order to lose weight, you need to be performing cardio…lots of cardio. Others never even step foot in the cardio section of the gym for fear of losing all dem gainz!

What I’m Thankful For

                Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, and amidst the turkey, stuffing, pie, alcohol, football and whatever else, it’s important to remember the real reason we gather to celebrate this holiday…and that is to give thanks.
