I was fat and unhappy. And overwhelmed.

Every attempt I made to lose weight didn’t seem to work. I would lose a few pounds then gain them back.

Nothing seemed to work. Every workout I tried, or diet plan I followed left me more confused and frustrated.

But then I discovered the secret to why none of those programs worked. None of those programs took into account the single biggest factor affecting a successful fitness program…

ME!

Once I realized that I needed a program that fit me instead of trying to fit myself to the program everything completely changed.

And so did I!

Each of these individual factors affects YOUR fitness. Which is why I work with you to determine how these factors will fit in to you achieving your goals.

I don’t just take some cookie-cutter diet and exercise program off the internet or out of a magazine, hand it to you and hope you can stick to it.

We go through a thorough assessment to make sure every one of your individual factors is taken into account to find out what will work for you.
